TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking or participating in any experience at The Remix Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed per person and are subject to applicable sales tax.

2.CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refuds will be given but credit towards a future booking will be given. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will reveieve a booking credit in the full amount of their original booking. Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): 100% of the booking total will be lost. All cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount.

3.ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY
Guests are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All participants must:
-Sign a waiver prior to participation.
-Follow all staff instructions and posted rules
-Be physically capable of participating
Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

5. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation involves physical activity, paint exposure, slippery surfaces, loud music, and low lighting. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

6. CLOTHING & PERSONAL PROPERTY
Paint may permanently stain clothing, shoes, and personal items. Enter The Remix is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal property brought into the experience area.

7. CONDUCT
The Remix Room reserves the right to refuse service or end a session without refund for unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructions, or disruptive conduct.

8. PHOTOS & VIDEO
By participating, guests grant The Remix Room permission to use photos or videos taken on the premises for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Remix Room is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

10. CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
The Remix Room reserves the right to modify sessions, schedules, or policies as needed. We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather, power outages, or emergencies.

11. AGREEMENT
By booking a session, signing a waiver, or participating in any experience at The Remix Room, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
