I understand that participation at Enter The Remix involves physical activity, movement, paint exposure, slippery surfaces, loud music, low lighting, and the potential for accidental contact with people, walls, floors, equipment, or other participants. I understand that my booking is for a private group session and that all Remix Room experiences are exclusive to one group at a time. A minimum of 4 participants is required per booking.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, paint exposure, minor injuries, or damage to personal property.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and behavior while participating and agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Enter The Remix, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and that I have not been advised against such activities by a medical professional.

I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion is held invalid, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
